Sina is the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. He helped us narrow down and find exactly what we were looking for. He managed to find a condo in the exact building we wanted to buy in, which was rare given its excellent location, and negotiated a very reasonable price using his excellent communication skills and techniques. He always made himself available, including late nights and even while he was away on vacation. What makes this agent unique is that he is very well-connected and used his vast personal connections -- instead of the MLS system -- to find us our condo before it hit the market! He's great at what he does and wants the best for his clients. Sina made our condo hunt enjoyable and ensured everything went smoothly at closing.
